The calamondin is a snackable citrus native to Southeast Asia, but introduced to the US in 1900 where it was found to thrive in Southern summers. With a flavor profile similar to yuzu, it pairs perfectly with smoky and spicy Jalapeno. Enjoy on biscuits, breads, or with a creamy white cheese.
