Colorful French Peeler

If you’ve never tried a peeler that has a blade that stays in place, you may find your work to be speedier and more precise without all that bouncing.

Especially good for Advanced Placement-type vegetables like acorn squash or Hatch chiles. Core an apple or remove that weird spot on a turnip with the curved top. Never lose it in the jumble of a drawer thanks to the fetching orange handle.

  • Stationery peeler made by Opinel from Savoie, France
  • Sharp blade. Sharp color, too.
  • The blade is made of Sandvik Stainless Steel 12C27 Mod and the handle is painted hornbeam, a dense hardwood that’s also called ironwood.
  • Hand wash
  • 6" x 1" x 1"; 2.5" blade length
