Design

Authors and chefs Merijn Tol and Nadia Zerouali hail from Lebanon, a country known for its rich Levantine Mediterranean culture and cuisine, namely the famous mezze. The word mezze stems from the Arabic tamazzaza, a broad term embracing the idea of smaller portions of a large variety of food to indulge all of one's senses.

Souk gives us more than 100 classic mezze recipes, as well as personal stories around this special food tradtion.
