Wood-Handled Brass Spoon

$51 $60

The Internet claims there are 29 different kinds of spoons. Are any more elegant than this one? Doubtful.

Japanese metalworker Ruka Kikuchi (aka Lue) makes these by hammering a form for the scoop then fashioning the handle from a strip of wood. As time passes, this spoon, like all brass pieces, will patina and that mellowing is something we find extremely charming.

  • More brass loveliness from our favorite studio, Japan’s Lue Brass
  • Made of solid brass and wood
  • Hand wash only
  • Dimensions: 6.7” long
