Banana Bread Baking Mix

Our favorite way to use up ripe bananas languishing on the counter. Just add eggs, vegetable oil and bananas (nuts or chocolate chips are optional, but we say go for it) to this mix from Fowler's Mill—a family-owned business that operates out of a historic mill and uses traditional practices to grind locally grown corn and wheat.
