Everyday Bowl lives up to its name

In the northwest Florida summer, a simple yet glorious salad is the go-to supper. Mixed greens, tomatoes, a sliced scallion or two, some leftover tortellini, sliced grapes, satsuma segments, croutons, avocado chunks, and whatever fresh-ish cheese is available. Plus a light dressing. Et voila: salad nirvana!

And the perfect vessel? The adorable Everyday Bowl! Amaro, Lagoon, and one Fern I snapped up before it disappeared.

(Please bring Fern back—it pairs so nicely with Amaro and, well, everything else. )

Anyway, I’ll be ordering more EBs soon. I really do use them Nearly. Every. Day. Can’t have too many.

    East Fork rocks!
