Design
This woody blend of cypress, cedar leaf, palo santo and tobacco flower brings us back to our beginnings.
“I wanted a scent that reminded me of my original workshop. I wanted the rough sawn lumber, the smell of the we clay floor, a whiff of woodsmoke from the wood stove…The final scent of the candle is far more layered and brings in lots of other lighter top notes, but the heart is rooted in those early, nostalgic, formative years,” Alex Matisse, Co-Founder & Original Potter
Once the candle burns out, you can stash your pencils, q-tips, spoons, toothbrushes—or anything that needs corralling—in the reusable vessel exclusively in Morel.

- Care Instructions
- When using the candle for the first time, ensure you burn until all the wax has become liquid on the surface
- Regularly trim the candle wick, this prevents the candle from emitting smoke or the wick falling into the candle wax
- Caution: Burn within sight and never leave unattended. Keep away from flammable items and out of reach of children and pets.
- To recycle packaging: remove sticker and recycle with paper goods
