Kristen’s Fried Chick’n Sandwich with Chili Crunch

Kristen’s Fried Chick’n Sandwich with Chili Crunch

A fried chicken sandwich and fries is a fine lunch. Chef Kristen Kish’s two quick tricks and maybe 30 seconds of your time take it somewhere else entirely.

You may know Kristen Kish as a host of TruTV’s Fast Foodies, a show that has fast food as its muse, as chefs compete to recreate celebrities’ favorite dishes and then reimagine them. You may know her as a winner on Top Chef.

But now you’re going to know her as the person who taught you how to make a fried chicken sandwich and fries ten times more delicious. What’s better than this lunch? Plating it on a set of East Fork pots made for Fast Foodies and never offered for sale. All you have to do is win the raffle, 100% of which goes to Free99Fridge, a grassroots mutual aid effort fighting for food justice for all in Atlanta. The raffle ends on Saturday, February 26th at noon EST.
