Design
In 1993, Francis Gelb opened Sabre Paris, intent on offering cutlery and serving pieces in unexpected colors and shapes made with the highest quality materials and craft (he’s from a family of metalsmiths, where he learned the meticulousness it takes). In other words, he challenged what timelessness could be, expanding the parameters to make room for a little fun. This bistrot set is the epitome of the Sabre Paris spirit and an invitation to let a favorite color inspire how you set the table.
