Design
Jaggery is an unrefined natural sugar with high molasses content and perfect for adding a rich sweetness to your afternoon cup of chai, haldi doodh, coffee, or tea. Use it in baked goods too, and be prepared for an extra depth of flavor, similar to that of brown sugar. Grown in the historic, rain-fed, sugarcane-growing Daund region, Diaspora Co's jaggery is grown and processed by Kantilal Randive, a well-known soil health expert.
