Consider this our ode to the simple, yet transformative, power of the candle. Whether we’re hoping to set a romantic dinner table, clear the air after an oven-roasted broccoli fiasco, or wind down to the soothing aroma of woods soaked in rainfall, we have a candle for every space in the home.

The Kitchen Candle
A recent addition to our candle collection, Nightcap is our first dip into the world of kitchen candles. Kitchen candles are specifically formulated to banish unwanted cooking odors, so they come in especially handy if you’re hosting a dinner party or big night in with friends.
Poured in a reusable Amaro vessel, the fragrance profile for Nightcap was inspired by its vessel’s namesake, the classic, after-dinner digestif. When the scent samples for this one arrived from Joya Studio in Brooklyn, we immediately fell in love with the spicy blend of star anise, clove, crushed mint, and cascarilla bark that reminded us of drinks on the patio at dusk.
Table Candles
Taper candles are your dining table’s best friend. (Or your mantle, entryway, etc). Unscented candles won’t compete with your sense of taste when you sit down to an amazing meal, and you still get the benefit of soft light and a hint of elegance.
They’re great to have on hand for anyone who might be scent-sensitive, and lend beautiful height to tablescapes for a multidimensional experience. Some of our beeswax tapers were even dyed to match our pots!
Outdoor Candle
Our newest candle arrives just in time for a season of backyard hangouts and front porch sits. Midsummer is our first candle made for use in the great outdoors. Unlike a lot of other outdoor candles that are heavy on the citronella and not much else, this candle smells delightful, while it also works to deter buzzing insects so that you can do less waving-the-bugs-away and more relaxing in your outdoor living space.
Notes of bergamot, rose geranium, eucalyptus, cypress, and citronella hit just the right balance of fresh, floral, and woody. Midsummer is a seasonal offering and poured in a soothing, verdant Lamb’s Ear vessel.
House Candles
Our exclusive line of scented candles are all developed in partnership with Joya Studio, a design studio in Brooklyn that specializes in researching, developing, and manufacturing fragrances and scented objects. Joya uses essential oils, absolutes, resins, concretes, and aromas that synthesize molecules found in nature. The fragrance blends are all phthalate, paraben, and silicone free, and never tested on animals.
Experiencing the candles we make is like getting to take a deep breath of East Fork’s personality, expressed in the scents that transport us to some of our most beloved spots in the world.
Always poured in reusable East Fork vessels, our core collection of candles is available year-round. Seasonal candles come and go, so it’s best to get your hands on those while you can.
In small and large vessels with 25-60 hours of burn time, The Candle can see us through many, many evenings of candlelit baths, weeks of remote work in our home offices, or lazy Sunday afternoons scrolling our phones or thumbing through our favorite lit mags. (Pro-tip: we don’t use scented candles on the table! Best used scattered throughout the rest of the house.)
