We are thrilled to offer Dumplings! A Workshop, hosted by Seung Hee Lee of Korean Fusion (@koreanfusion) and author of Everyday Korean.
During this intimate gathering on Sunday, February 20 from 2-4pm at East Fork Atlanta we’ll learn alongside Seung Hee as she shows us her unique approach to dumplings, from flavors to techniques and gorgeous styling tips. Join us as we demo, cook, taste and sip with Seung Hee!
We’ll make two different dumplings with fillings, and enjoy wine pairings for each. Attendees will also leave with an Everyday Bowl in the glaze of their choice (one of our favorite vessels for dumplings). Copies of Everyday Korean will also be available for sale and signing.
Proof of COVID vaccination is required for this in-person event.
This workshop is limited to 12 attendees, so early reservations are strongly recommended.
